- Post Closing Amendment 1- Bid Closing Extension Post Closing Amendment-1-Reference Solicitation #W9126G-17-T-0095-Grapevine, Lewisville, Ray Roberts Herbicide Services. This is a Post Closing Amendment. The Original Response Date for Bids w as 21 April 2017. The Bids Received were Exorbitantly High and were Deemed Un-awardable. The Government has Decided to Extend the Date for Receiving Bids to 18 May 2017, 12:00pm central time. The start Date on the Bid Schedule will be Adjusted to Reflect the Date of Award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and is being procured in accordance with commercial services, which Includes but not limited to FAR part 12 and 13. A total small business set-aside solicitation will be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division, Fort Worth District. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730. Size standard: $7.5 Million. A single purchase order for a Base period and two (2) Option periods will be awarded. Contractor shall provide all labor, permits, tools, equipment, materials, and chemicals required to mix, transport, and apply herbicides and pesticides as specified in this contract. Services include spraying/applying herbicides and pesticides and shall be performed as specified, to the limits shown on project maps (See Section 1.9.3 Technical Exhibit 3). In general, herbicide services shall be applied at various locations throughout the government property boundaries surrounding the locations identified below (including, but not limited to flood control prime facilities/dam embankments and recreation/park facilities). The Contractor shall possess a valid State of Texas Commercial Applicator's License and shall comply with the conditions specified in the sub-paragraph 3-3e and 3-4 in ER 1130-2-540.
