- Attached are responses to contractor RFIs. Attached in Amendment 03 to Solicitation FA8501-17-R-0005. The proposal due date has been extended to 23 May 2017 by 4:00 pm. Please see attached Amendment 0003 and responses to RFIs. As indicated in the RFI responses, a revised SOW will issue shortly along with attachments as listed in the RFI. These new documents should answer any outstanding RFIs; as a result, please withhold additional RFIs until these documents have posted. Once posted, the RFI deadline will extend to a new date as noted in the next amendment.
