- Presolicitation This is a presolicitation notice to purchase repair services on Well 4 in the Burley Creek Hatchery, in Port Orchard, Washington. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 237110. The small business size standard is $36.5 Million. Performance period shall be date of award through October 1, 2017. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on May 4, 2017 and will close on May 19, 2016 at 05:00 pm MDT. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
