This is a SOURCES SOUGHT request only. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. This notice is published for market research purposes only. This notice is open to qualified business sources of all sizes. Information is sought regarding: The availability and capability of all qualified business sources; Whether qualified business sources are small businesses, service-disabled veteran owned small businesses, veteran-owned small businesses, women-owned small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses or large businesses; Authorized distributor, verified by an authorization letter from the original equipment manufacturer; If the items are available via VA NAC, GSA Advantage, and/or open market; Size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339112 for the proposed acquisition. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources. The Government is seeking potential sources for CardioMEMS Heart Failure system or equal product(s). The equal item(s) shall meet or exceed the required item(s). Equal item(s): submit detailed documentation stating and why/how the item(s) meet or exceed each brand name item. All items shall be in a new, never used condition. Required items: CardioMEMS Heart Failure Intro System (1 each) Includes: four CM Patient Systems and one CM-3000 CardioMEMS PA Sensor and Deliver System (14 each) CardioMEMS Guidewire, five per box (6 boxes) Submit responses to: brooke.barker@va.gov, no later than May 10, 2017 @ 1200 Mountain Time.
