- Please see the attached Performance Work Statement The Contracting Office for the United States Property and Fiscal Officer (USPFO) for Illinois is seeking information regarding capability and availability of commercial sources to provide meeting spaces, audio/visual services, and catering services for the upcoming Illinois Army National Guard Yellow Ribbon event on 08-09 SEP 17. We intend to have this event in the Springifield Illinois or Peoria Illinois area. We will consider any location in the surround area that believes they can adequately perform the sevices outlined in the attached performance work statement.
