If you are unable to provide a contract number, is it safe to assume this is a new requirement for the government? Response: This is not a new requirement 3. Who has maintained the equipment and won the contract for the last 3 years and their hourly rates Response: Thermo Dynamics, Inc., Contractor hourly rates cannot be provided 4. Please advise if Solicitation Number VA241-17-Q-0291 is a new requirement or if there is an incumbent. If existing, who is the incumbent and what is the current contract value and contract number?
