- Description
- This is a Presolicitation Notice to SPE600-17-R-0502 for bulk fuel services to include, receive, store, transfer, issue and account for products with appropriate controls to ensure fuel quality, maintain inventory accuracy and ensure no environmental impact at Vandenberg AFB, CA. One award will be generated from this solicitation. The period of performance is a four-year base period, November 1, 2017 thru October 31, 2021. With one five-year option period. This procurement will be an 8(a) set-aside. All responsible 8(a) Small Business Concerns that meet NAICS code size standards may submit an offer which will be considered for award. Please refer to sources sought notice SPE600-16-R-5X22. The solicitation will be posted to FBO at a later date. A pre-proposal conference at each installation will be held. The date is to be determined and will be posted to the FBO at a later date.
