Description
THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPOSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6 STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS-AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE.THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING ISSUED USING SIMPLIFIED ACQUSTITION PROCEDURES. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. Submit written proposals on RFP number W912HP-17-T-5000, Stand Up Work Stations. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337214 with a small business size standard of 1000 Employees. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). Statement of Work Sit-Stand desktop workstations The workstation must be designed to hold at least 40 pounds and feature a moveable keyboard tray. The work surface must be at least 45” inches wide and 20” inches deep to accommodate two monitors and a laptop computer with docking station. The base of the workstation cannot exceed 24” inches as this is the width of the work surfaces of our cubicle workstations. The workstation must raise and lower vertically without swinging forward or backward. The workstation must also have a lifting mechanism or assist that enables employees to easily adjust the workstation without undo exertion. Little or no assembly should be required, FlexiSpot M3-47” or equal brand, Quantity 37 each.
