Description

NOTE: This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes. This is not a solicitation for a contract or grant award. Information submitted in response to this RFI does not constitute an offer or proposal to create an award by the Government. NAVFAC Marianas Command Information Office located in Santa Rita, Guam is interested in assessing design solutions for it HVAC/R system. NAVFAC Marianas Command Information Office current has a Carrier HVAC/R system that is in need of a control systems update to meet current DoD cyber-security requirements. NAVFAC CIO is looking for design solutions that will integrate our Carrier HVAC/R system. This system contains several Carrier Comfort Controller 6400 microcontroller-based modules. NAVFAC CIO is looking for a software solution and/or hardware solution. The network is currently running the BAC-Net protocol and the system will need to have the ability add different vendor(s) controllers as required. The system will need to have the ability understand, regulate, change and monitor equipment and control the HVAC/R system. The system should allow for expansion of the existing industrial control system network. NAICS 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors Size Standard - $15.0 Million Dollars
