Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number is W912L2-17-T-2000. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Quotes are due by 19 May 2017, 12:00 p.m., Arizona time. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Register (FAR) Circular FAC 2005-95 thru 19 Jan 2017. This combines synopsis/solicitation is being competed as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This acquisition will be competed to the full extent required by regulation. The associated North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 811198 - and business size standard of $7,500,000.00. This requirement is for the inspection and repair or replacement of the air conditioning units and generators on the flight line vehicles located at the 162d WG, 1500 E. Valencia Rd., Tucson, AZ, 85706. The services are required IAW the schedule provided on the Performance Work Statement (PWS). See schedule in the attached PWS. The contractor shall provide all labor, tool, materials, and transportation necessary to accomplish the services IAW the attached PWS. This shall cover the period set forth in the contract. Offerors shall forward past performance questionnaires to at least three (3) references and request that the responses be sent directly to the 162d Wing Mission Support Contracting Office by 12:00 p.m. Arizona time, Thursday, 19 May 2017. Offerors are urged to review the submission requirements in FAR Provisions 52.212-1 and its addendum. Offerors shall complete and submit FAR Provision 52.212-3 with their Request for Quotation. This is a best value acquisition. Evaluation factors are addressed in FAR Provision 52.212-2 in the solicitation. The Government will make an award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the most advantageous to the Government. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be conducted on Thursday, 11 May 2017 at 8:00 a.m. Arizona time, at the Base Contracting Office located at 6620 S. Air Guard Way, Tucson, AZ, 85706. Due to the limited space, we request no more than three (3) personnel from your organization attend. Please email Andrew Anulao at andrew.l.anulao.mil@mail.mil or Keron Watson at keron.a.watson.mil@mail.mil with the number of personnel and the names of the personnel attending the site visit by 12:00 p.m. Arizona time, Wednesday, 10 May 2017. All attendees must have a Government issued photo ID, such as a valid state driver's license, to gain entry into the base. Information provided at this site visit as well as answers to questions shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the Request for Quote and specifications. Terms remain unchanged unless the Request for Quote is amended in writing. If amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment of receipt of solicitation shall apply. Questions are due no later than 12:00 p.m. Arizona time, Monday, 15 May 2017.
