- The Government intends to make a sole-source award to COFFIN TURBO PUMP, INC. (CTP) in order to provide technical assistance in support of lite-off and recertification of USNS MERCY's (T-AH 19) Feed Pump Governors. CTP is the OEM for the feed pumps installed onboard USNS MERCY. Performance Period: 20 - 25 May 2017 Performance Location: Naval Base San Diego, CA This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
