After 4.5 miles, continue onto 8N16. 3) The project can be accessed on the east end via CA-88E to Bear River Road. 8N16 is on the left, approximately 4.5 miles down Bear River Road., 500 tons of 3/8” Cutback Cold Mix Asphalt to be delivered to Placerville Work Center, 2350 Carson Road, Placerville, CA 95667.
