- SF18 to RFQ HSCG87-17-R-PJT841 The Request for Quotes (RFQ) number HSCG87-17-Q-PJT841 for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) technical inspection of the potable water system to locate and quantify leaks is provided along with attachments. This is a requirement for technical services with a high level of workmanship under the NAICS code 541990. The potable water distribution system stretches approximately 25 miles in and around the USCG Base Kodiak (Kodiak, Alaska). A comprehensive water distribution system survey is required by August 31, 2017 with an accurate, Final Report pinpointing and assessing leaks by September 30, 2017. Technical services are needed in an area beyond USCG Base Kodiak's Main Gate, therefore, RAPIDGate credentials are required. ******** Companies must be registered in the System for Award Management ( www.sam.gov ) by this RFQ deadline to be considered for award. ******** RFQ SUBMISSION DEADLINE : Submissions are due no later than 11:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (Seattle), Thursday, May 11, 2017 via EMAIL to Tracianne Torklep, Contract Specialist, at Tracianne.Torklep@uscg.mil and Alext Wingert, Contracting Officer, at AlexH.Wingert@uscg.mil. Quotes submitted via other methods will not be considered. RFQ SUMISSION METHOD : Email. QUESTIONS shall be submitted no later than 12:00 P.M. Pacific Daylight Time, May 9, 2017 and shall be submitted electronically to: Tracianne Torklep, Contract Specialist, at Tracianne.Torklep@uscg.mil or Alex Wingert, Contracting Officer, at alex.h.wingert@uscg.mil.
