- Combined Solicitation/Solicitation 1131PL-17-R-CP31134 The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), is seeking applications from qualified United States (U.S.) citizens interested in providing Personal Services Contract (PSC) services as described in the attached solicitation for services. The Personal Services Contractor (PSC) shall serve as the Asia Regional Business Development Manager, based in Bangkok, Thailand, and is responsible for identifying and evaluating project opportunities for participation by USTDA; advising USTDA's Regional D irector for South and Southeast Asia on investment strategy in the region; assisting in the conduct of due diligence on potential USTDA beneficiaries, following up on the status of past USTDA investments; ensuring the formalization and implementation of USTDA grants and contracts; supporting USTDA Definitional Mission (DM), conference or other contractors; and other related duties as assigned.
