- Industry Day Agenda INDUSTRY DAY ANNOUNCEMENT REGISTRATION OPENS 1200 (EDT) on April 10, 2017 Defense Health Agency (DHA) Industry Day The DHA will host an industry day on May 8, 2017 0800 (EDT) - 1700 (EDT) at the Falls Church Marriott Fairview Park, 3111 Fairview Park Dr., Falls Church, VA 22042 (703) 849-9400. The purpose of this industry day is to: a) Communicate remaining FY 2017 contracting opportunities b) Facilitate communications among DHA Program Offices and industry representatives c) Encourage networking among vendors and the DHA The morning session consists of presentations from DHA directorates providing overviews of selective requirements/opportunities. There will not be a Q&A during the morning session. The afternoon sessions will provide an opportunity for Industry to participate in Q&A discussions about the presented opportunities, or other FY 2017 requirements from the DHA forecast. Please note that the Government will not accept capabilities statements from any vendor during this event. Interested vendors must pre-register using the following links (Please cut and paste the links below into your browser): On-site Registration: (CLOSED due to Capacity) Adobe Livestream Registration (Available Until Sunday, May 7th): https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/DHAIndustryDayAdobeLivestreamRegistration Registrants have two options for this event; one vendor per company may: 1) Register to attend on-site for one person per vendor, or 2) Register for the Adobe Livestream event To register, please click on the SurveyMonkey link and complete either an on-site registration form or Adobe Livestream registration form. The Government intends to publish a list of vendor participants after the event. On-site Registration/Attendance: Pre-registration is required to attend this event. The deadline to register is April 20, 2017, or when we reach the limit of 200 people, whichever occurs first. Registered attendees must present a photo ID during the registration sign-in process the day of the event. Walk in registration is not allowed. Registered attendees will be provided with a separate confirmation e-mail after the registration process. Registered attendees will have an opportunity to sign up for the afternoon Breakout Sessions after obtaining your name badge during the check-in process. Adobe Livestream Registration: Registration is required to participate in the DHA Industry Day One Way Adobe Livestream morning session. Deadline to register has been extended from April 20, 2017 to May 7th, 2017. The Adobe Livestream is scheduled during the morning session only. There will not be an Adobe Livestream session during the afternoon breakout sessions. Please note this is a one-way video and voice transmission-we will not have the ability to actively engage with Adobe Livestream participants. Registered participants will receive an Adobe Livestream link and dial-in number via a separate confirmation e-mail after the registration process. Registrations will be accepted until 5:00 pm (EDT) on May 7th, 2017. Please submit questions, inquiries, or other communications related to DHA's Industry Day logistics to Mr. Brian L. Cason, primary DHA Industry Day point of contact, at brian.l.cason2.ctr@mail.mil or, Mr. Jake Lewis at jake.l.lewis.civ@mail.mil. DHA will accept questions until 12:00 Noon (EDT) on May 5, 2017. The Government will not respond to questions related to specific requirements or opportunities. The DHA intends to update the Q&A on a daily, or as-needed basis. DHA will update this FBO notice on or about May 5, 2017, with a link to the comprehensive slide deck that contains the Industry Day Agenda, morning session slides, and the DHA end-of-year FY 2017 forecast. Check-in starts at 0700 hrs (EDT). Presentations begin promptly at 0800 hrs (EDT). Attendees will need to check-in at the Industry Day registration table to pick up name badges. Please bring a photo ID to verify identity. Attendees must wear the Industry Day badge at all times. A substitute representative is allowed only if the original registrant is unable to attend. Substitute vendor information must be provided during the initial registration process. Same day or walk-in registrations are not allowed. All information provided and discussed during this DHA Industry Day is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation for proposals and no contract shall be awarded based on information provided during this Industry Day. The information shall not be construed as a commitment or obligation by the Government to issue a solicitation nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach on any DHA requirement. It does not guarantee that a solicitation will be issued. Any information provided to the Government during this Industry Day is strictly voluntary and given with no expectation of compensation and shall be provided at no cost to the Government.
