- Description
- The United States Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), is seeking contractor support for Indian Arts and Crafts Board (IACB). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR part 13, as applicable and as supplemented with additional information provided herein. This acquisition is being processed under the authority of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. IBC will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures that comply with FAR part 13 for soliciting competition, evaluation, award, and notification. The solicitation number D17PS00449 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a separate solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall provide services and support as stated in the Statement of Work (SOW), which is provided as an attachment. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94, 2005-95 with effective date of January 19, 2017. It is the vendor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561110, entitled Office Administrative Services, with the small business size standard of $7M. The complete solicitation package is included as an attachment to this notice. The attachments can be retrieved by accessing the following website, https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/PublicPages/PublicSearch/Public_Opportunities.aspx and inputting the RFQ No. D17PS00449 in the reference field. If Quoter ¿s experience difficulty accessing the attachment, a request should be submitted to Debra Slasor via email at Debra_Slasor@ibc.doi.gov and a copy of the RFQ will be provided electronically. This RFQ includes the following attachments: Schedule of Supplies and Services i.e. Pricing, Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, Statement of Work, Quote Preparation Instructions & Evaluation Factors, and RFQ Attachments.
