- Solicitation W15QKN-17-R-0085 - Media Reporting and Social Media Reporting ***Solicitation Release*** This RFP W15QKN-17-R-0085 for Media Reporting and Social Media Software has been posted with a closing/response due date of Friday May 19, 2017 3:00pm EST. Please see attachment W15QKN-17-0085 to this posting for further details and requirements. It is the intent of the U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey-Close Combat Center, (ACC-NJ-CC) Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey 07806- 5000, on behalf of Office of the Chief of Public Affairs (OCPA), Army Public Affairs Program to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement of Media Reporting and Social Media Monitoring Software. The applicable NAICS code is 511210: Software Publishers the applicable PSC code is 7030 Information Technology Software. The Period of Performance (POP) shall be a total of three (3) years with a 12 month base year and two (2) twelve month option periods. It is anticipated that a solicitation will be issued on or about 17 March 2017. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the Government. THIS NOTICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government. Responses to this announcement are not proposals and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
