- Amendment 1 Solicitation Updated with new Due Date This solicitation is hereby amended for the following reasons: On the Standard Form 33, Box 19 has been changed from 17 July 2017 to 19 June 2017 and under Section L, "Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offerors," L.8, "Proposal Preparation Instructions," the date has been changed from 17 July 2017 to 19 June 2017. The purpose of this modification is to release solicitation HSFE70-17-R-0012 Individual Assistance Support Contract. Questions regarding this RFP are due on or before 10:00 AM EST, May 11, 2017. Questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted to each of the following email addresses: Lashawn.smith@fema.dhs.gov ; and Isaac.Chapple@fema.dhs.gov with the subject line: " RFP Number HSFE70-17-R-0012 Questions." Proposals are due no later than 10:00 AM EST, July 17, 2017.
