Deliverables, costs, and period of performance will be defined on each individual task order. Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF), Fixed Price Incentive Firm (FPIF), and Cost Reimbursable No Fee (CRNF) are the anticipated contract types. Non-Personal Services: Non-Commercial. United States Air Force (USAF) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The contractor shall provide recurring and non-recurring engineering services for the E-3. Estimated Ordering Period is as follows: Base Year: 1 Jun 17 - 31 Dec 17 Option I: 1 Jan 18 - 31 Dec 18 Option II: 1 Jan 19 - 31 Dec 19 Option III: 1 Jan 20 - 31 Dec 20 Option IV: 1 Jan 21 - 31 Dec 21 Option V: 1 Jan 22 - 31 Dec 22 Option VI: 1 Jan 23 - 31 Dec 23 6 month extension: 1 Jan 24 - 30 Jun 24 Procedures to be used in awarding the contract: Noncompetitive contract action. (USAF & FMS) Line Item: X002 - FFP - Recurring Engineering - GINS/GITF - R425 The contractor shall provide E-3 radar and navigational systems recurring engineering services IAW PWS paragraph 1.4.11. (USAF & FMS) Line Item X003 - FFP - Non-Recurring Engineering - USAF - R425 The contractor shall provide non-recurring E-3 Radar and Navigational Systems engineering services IAW PWS paragraphs 1.3.3 and 1.4.1.2, any specified tasks identified in specific engineering service task orders issued hereunder. Line Item X004 - FPIF - Non-Recurring Engineering - USAF - R425 The contractor shall provide non-recurring E-3 Radar and Navigational Systems engineering services IAW PWS paragraphs 1.3.3 and 1.4.1.2, any specified tasks identified in specific engineering service task orders issued hereunder. Line Item X005 - CPFF - Non-Recurring Engineering - USAF - R425 The contractor shall provide non-recurring E-3 Radar and Navigational Systems engineering services IAW PWS paragraphs 1.3.3 and 1.4.1.2, any specified tasks identified in specific engineering service task orders issued hereunder. Line Item X006 - CPIF - Non-Recurring Engineering - USAF - R425 The contractor shall provide non-recurring E-3 Radar and Navigational Systems engineering services IAW PWS paragraphs 1.3.3 and 1.4.1.2, any specified tasks identified in specific engineering service task orders issued hereunder. Line Item X007 - FFP - Non-Recurring Engineering - FMS - R425 The contractor shall provide non-recurring E-3 Radar and Navigational Systems engineering services IAW PWS paragraphs 1.3.3 and 1.4.1.2, any specified tasks identified in specific engineering service task orders issued hereunder. Line Item X008 - FPIF - Non-Recurring Engineering - FMS - R425 The contractor shall provide non-recurring E-3 Radar and Navigational Systems engineering services IAW PWS paragraphs 1.3.3 and 1.4.1.2, any specified tasks identified in specific engineering service task orders issued hereunder. Line Item X009 - CPFF - Non-Recurring Engineering - FMS - R425 The contractor shall provide non-recurring E-3 Radar and Navigational Systems engineering services IAW PWS paragraphs 1.3.3 and 1.4.1.2, any specified tasks identified in specific engineering service task orders issued hereunder. Line Item X010 - CPIF - Non-Recurring Engineering - FMS - R425 The contractor shall provide non-recurring E-3 Radar and Navigational Systems engineering services IAW PWS paragraphs 1.3.3 and 1.4.1.2, any specified tasks identified in specific engineering service task orders issued hereunder. Line Item X011 - NSP - Data - R425 The contractor shall provide data necessary to support the E-3 Radar and Navigational Systems. X012 - FFP - Over and Above - R425 Over and Above work shall be accomplished IAW attached PWS paragraphs 1.3.3 and 1.4.1.2 and IAW DFARS 252.217-7028. X013 - CRNF - Travel and Subsistence - R425 Travel and Subsistence cost in support of all the CLINs in support of this contract and approved in advanced IAW FAR part 31. Travel shall be IAW attached PWS paragraph 1.5.3.3. This is a cost reimbursable item. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.
