- SF1449 solicitation package including item description. The Government solicits responses to RFQ FA8125-17-Q-0079, a request for five (5) new Cart Caddy 5WP Heavy Duty equipment movers, DJ Products Inc. Part Number and Configuration 600200-HD 5wp-YLW 2016 Cart Caddy Brand Name or Equivalent. The proposed product must meet the following specifications: · > Must be capable of pushing or pulling 15,000 pounds · > Variable speed forward and reverse twist grip controls · > Three (3) 12-volt batteries · > 0-3 mph variable speed controller · > Neutral throttle braking · > Battery discharge indicator · > 3 HP continuous 6 HP maximum output motor · > Heavy Duty Power Kit · > 10’ adjustable attachment lift kit · > Fifth wheel arm w/ centering shroud handle · > Safety horn · > Drop “c” pintle above tip caster on base of unit · > Maintenance free battery upgrade · > Internal 30 amp wash down charger – 110v · > Foam filled gray non-marking tires · > Dual wheel drive kit · > Safety strobe light · > Safety stop switch · > 750 pounds extra weight mounted over transaxle · > Painted primarily yellow for safety and visibility · > Cannot be a ride on tug · > Must pivot 360 degrees on its center axis Successful offerors must be actively registered in SAM and will return the complete SF1449 package and all requested technical specifications/documentation by the requested response due date when published.
