- Draft PWS DISA is seeking industry input by issuing a DRAFT performance work statement (PWS) for prospective offerors' review, comments, recommendations, and questions. Responses to the following questions are requested: 1 - Could your company bid on this requirement on a firm fixed price (FFP) basis? 2 - What is your estimated timeframe to test and implement a records management solution prior to the maintenance phase? 3 - Are there any areas in the PWS that need clarification? 4 - Are there any questions regarding the requirement that are not addressed in the PWS which you would need answered in order to submit a bid? 5 - Any additional comments or questions? The purpose of this notice is to release a Draft Performance Work Statement for industry review and comment. This draft PWS does not constitute a solicitation or a promise of a solicitation in the future. This draft PWS is for planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to any contractual agreements or arrangements. PROPOSALS ARE NOT SOLICITED UNDER THIS DRAFT PWS. No entitlement or payment of direct or indirect costs or charges will arise as a result of submission of responses to this Notice. Background: DISA intends on issuing a solicitation during FY2017 for the award of a Records Management Application. DISA previously posted a Sources Sought Notice to FBO for market research purposes. The requirements of the planned contract are described in the PWS. DISA anticipates that the requirement will be solicited as a 100% HUB Zone small business set aside under the NAICS code 541519- Other Computer Related Services, with a small business size standard of $27.5 million. In order to improve the final PWS, DISA encourages industry to submit questions and comments regarding any and all contents of the draft PWS by no later than Monday, May 22, 2017, 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Questions and comments submitted after this date will be accepted, but may have less impact on the content of the final PWS depending on where the acquisition team is at in the final solicitation development process. Format of Responses: All questions/comments in response to the Draft PWS notice must be submitted by the deadline to andriani.buck.civ@mail.mil. All emails submitted in response to this notice must reference the Notice number "621700420" and RMA in the email subject line.
