NOTE: Funds are not presently available for this requirement. No award shall be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of bids. In the event the Government cancels the solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a bidder for any costs. Due date for receipt of electronic bids is 5 June 17 @ 0900 EDT. Only electronic bids will be accepted. All questions regarding the solicitation should be submitted using the question and answer template (Attachment 9) provided via email NLT 26 May 17. Answers will be incorporated into the solicitation and made available to all interested parties through the Federal Business Opportunity website (www.fbo.gov).
