- FA2521-17-B-0004-0001-Amendment 1 Amendment 0001 has been issued. NOTE: Funds are not presently available for this requirement. No award shall be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of bids. In the event the Government cancels the solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a bidder for any costs. Due date for receipt of electronic bids is 5 Jun 17 @ 0900 EDT. Only electronic bids will be accepted. There is a site visit scheduled for 07 18 May 17 @ 0900. Attendees will meet at the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station Visitor's Center. All visitors must be badged to be allowed entry into the installation, please submit your visitor badge requests (Attachment 11) via email NLT 15 May 17.
