Description
UPGRADE SEWER LIFT STATIONS TO DDC NOTE: THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE This project is being undertaken to enable status monitoring of the eight (8) sewer lift stations using the industrial control system at Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) (Richmond, Virginia). The objective of this project is for the contractor to install DDC controls on the eight (8) sewer lift stations to provide remote status monitoring capability. The contractor shall be regularly, ordinarily, and exclusively engaged in the business of installation, maintenance, programming, troubleshooting and activation of direct digital controls and shall be an authorized distributor/installer of Honeywell/Tridium controls and shall have a minimum of five years' experience in the controls sector and be able to respond to trouble calls within a two hour timeframe during the warranty period. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, activation and product familiarization services to install DDC controls in the sewer lift station locations, in accordance with the terms of the Statement of Work. The contractor installing and/or configuring Information Technology shall provide to the government proof that they hold a current IAT II, or higher, level certification per DoD 8570.01-M. The contractor installing and/or configuring Information Technology shall provide to the government proof that they have received a favorable IT-II, or IT -I (i.e. ADP-II or ADP-I) background investigation per DoD 5200.2-R, and all additional requirements of the Statement of Work (inclusive of Section 8, IA/IT REQUIREMENTS). All work must be performed in accordance with the terms of the Statement of Work identified as Attachment No. 1, and the attached Wage Determination identified as Attachment No. 2.
