- Attachment 4 - Past Performance Questionnaire Rating Sheet Attachment 3 - Pricing Worksheet Attachment 2 - DRAFT Specification Attachment 1 - DRAFT Statement of Work & Deliverables List SF1449, Solicitation Clauses, Provisions and Instructions to Offerors The USCG is issuing a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for industry review and comment. This DRAFT RFP is being issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute an RFP or a commitment to issue an RFP in the future, and it is not considered to be a commitment by the Government to award a contract. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this announcement. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result from a response to this DRAFT RFP or Government use of any information provided. The Coast Guard is not seeking proposals and will not accept proposals at this time. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in any responses to this DRAFT RFP. It is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. This exchange of information must be consistent with procurement integrity requirements (see FAR 3.104). Interested parties include potential offerors, end users, Government acquisition and support personnel, and others involved in the conduct or outcome of this acquisition. ******************************************************************* The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Office of Contract Operations, Formal Contracts Division III anticipates a need for the procurement of approximately 36 Cutter Boat - Large (CB-L) (210/225) boats. It is anticipated that this acquisition will be set-aside 100% for small business under NAICS 336612. Small business concerns are encouraged to respond to this DRAFT RFP. Submission of comments during this period is entirely voluntary. During this period, the USCG will not be answering questions. For your comments to be reviewed and considered for incorporation into the RFP, responses must be received no later than 2:00PM EST on 19 May 2017 to Ryan.W.Shaughnessy@uscg.mil and Michelle.Taninecz@uscg.mil.
