Description
DRAFT PWS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS - TRAINING AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE U.S.ARMY INDIVIDUAL TERRORISM AWARENESS COURSE (INTAC) This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS announcement; market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity has been tasked to solicit for and award a contract for INTAC Training including all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, contiguous training facilities and other items and services necessary. The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel, training facilities, road courses, firearms ranges, firearms, ammunition, classrooms, training vehicles except those identified as Government Furnished Property, training aides and supplies, storage facility for Government furnished vehicles, administrative office space for Government assigned personnel, vehicle maintenance facility, preventive maintenance, repairs and fuel for Government furnished vehicles, fire rescue/ALS facility, helicopter landing area and lesson plans in accordance with the requirements in this performance work statement. A draft performance work statement describing the requirement has been attached. This Sources Sought Notice is requesting that interested vendors capable of performing these services WITHIN 100 MILES OF THE PENTAGON submit the following information: • Organization name and CAGE Code • Socioeconomic Status • Capabilities Statement • Questions/concerns regarding draft PWS This market survey is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government. No award will be made as a result of this market survey. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. The Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any private sector input as a result of this market survey. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey. Interested companies shall respond to this sources sought synopsis no later than 3:00 PM ET Friday, May 26th 2017.
