- 5-Axis Vertical Milling Machine for Watervliet Arsenal (WVA). The US Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract for one (1) Computer Numerical Control (CNC) 5-Axis Vertical Milling Machine for Watervliet Arsenal(WVA). The Statements of Work for this machines is located in section C (Description/Specifications/Work Statement)and define all of the requirements for each machine. This procurement will a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Brand Name or Equal. Reference machine for this solicitation is the Mori Seiki M71782. However, proposals for other brand name machines that meet the required specifications will be accepted subject to meeting the requirements of FAR 52.211-6 -- Brand Name or Equal. Caution: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in rejection of same.
