The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), San Juan, Puerto Rico is conducting market research to identify potential Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) or Veterans Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs) as per P.L. 109-461 First Contracting Program mandate to the Department of Veterans Affairs. Interested contractor(s) shall be technically capable in providing replacement of inoperable fire/smoke dampers located at the San Juan VA Caribbean Healthcare System, San Juan, Puerto Rico.
