- The Government intends to issue a solicitation for a Medium Girder Bridge and Field Service Representative training service. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be for a firm-fixed price contract. The solicitation will be issued on or about 12 January 2017 and will close on or about 19 MAY 2017. A U.S. Government Technical Data Package (TDP) is not available for this procurement action. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hard copies will not be provided.
