- Security Questionnaire Market Survey FRB-17-002 The purpose of this Market Survey is to gather information from vendors and organizations with an automated workforce planning and analytics system. The system should support the Board's workforce planning process and have the capability to integrate with various existing HRIS and TAS systems and Board specific tools that house workforce data. The solutions should also be able to conduct forecasts based on both internal and external historical data and trends as well develop predictive models to answer specific business questions. The result of the automated workforce planning process is to yield information supporting a detailed workforce plan that will look at the current and future needs of the organization that will result in recruitment, training, and retention strategies and integrate these strategies into action plans. Another key component of the workforce plan is looking at the diversity and succession planning of key and senior level positions in the organization.
