- The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to procure, on a sole source basis, a quantity of 8 sets of Heavy Duty Pyro Suits to support Countermeasure Operations. Award will be made to Midwestern Safety Equipment Company in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Midwestern Safety Equipment Company is the only source able and willing to meet the Government's terms and conditions for this requirement. This announcement is issued for notification purposes only. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited.
