- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:MD CityBaltimore Delineated Area: North: Beginning at the intersection of Kane Street and North Point Boulevard, heading east on North Point Boulevard, until it intersects with Merritt Boulevard. East: South on Merritt Boulevard (Route 157) to Holabird Avenue South: Holabird Avenue heading west to Poncabird Pass West: Poncabird Pass heading north until it turns to South Ponca Street, heading north to South Ponca Street until it intersects with O'Donnell Street, heading east on O'Donnell Street until it intersects with I95, heading north on I95 to a line running directly north to the intersection of Bayview Boulevard and Eastern Avenue, heading East on Eastern Avenue until it intersects with Kane Street, heading north on Kane Street until it intersects with North Point Boulevard. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):2,973 Maximum Sq. Ft.
