The VA is conducting market research seeking small businesses capable of interfacing various Point of Care (POC) health care meters into the VA s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) commonly known as VISTA. A list of the devices to be interfaced are in Attachment A. VISN 23 prefers that the interface with POC analyzers is bi-directional such that the analyzers can be configured using the interface application. If your Small Business is capable of providing this capability please email the below to contracting officer Jesse.Rheault@va.gov In your response, please specifically address: Your suggested NAICS, Your Company s Socioeconomic Category (E.g.Small Business, Vetbiz verified VOSB), Any other suggestions that you may have, and, Additionally, please complete the attached Vendor Response Worksheet. Note - Vendors may be required to provide evidence of their authority to distribute the proposed equipment/system. The Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system such that the OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. This is not a solicitation. There is no guarantee that a solicitation will arise from the results of this notice.
