- Attachment 6 Attachment 5 Attachment 7 Attachment 4 Attachment 3 Attachment 2 Attachment 1 Solicitation The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development(USAID) through its Mission in Macedonia (USAID/Macedonia), is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing the services described in the attached solicitation. USAID/Macedonia anticipates awarding one cost plus fixed fee completion type contract with a period of performance of four (4) years, subject to the availability of funds.
