- SITE MAP THIS REQUIREMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FY2017 FUNDS. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Warfighter Support (ACC-NJ-WS) on behalf of the 99th Regional Support Command (RSC) has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance services to be performed at the ECS/AMSA #103 (G), 6467 Mikewood Blvd, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316 (PA118). The intended contract award will be Firm Fixed Price. All responsible small businesses may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government.
