Title: Reliability Assessment and Supporting Documentation Subtitle: Reliability Verbiage for Section B: This ELIN is for Reliability in accordance with (IAW) Leader Radio Statement of Work Paragraph 10 as set for in Section J, Attachment 0012 and CDRL W009 in Section J, Exhibit W. 2. Z019 deleted and changed to Y002: Mfg. Maturation Plan (changed from priced to NSP). See exhibit. Title: Assessment of Manufacturing Risk and Readiness Subtitle: Manufacturing Maturation Plan Verbiage for Section B: This ELIN is for the Manufacturing Maturation Plan in accordance with (IAW) Leader Radio Statement of Work Paragraph 14 as set for in Section J, Attachment 0012 and CDRL Y002 in Section J, Exhibit Y. 3. DMWR CDRLs were combined into R006 and R007; CDRLs R008 and R009 were deleted. Subtitle to CDRLs R006 & R007 updated to reflect that the CDRLs cover both SW & HW for DMWR. See Exhibits.
