- Please see the attached file on SPAWAR E- Commerce Central for details on this NGEN- Recompete Request for Information as well as the instructions for respondents. ***Update 24 Apr 2017: The Government received 31 questions from Industry in response to this RFI. The NGEN-R team is going through these questions and will post the questions and their responses as soon as possible. Accordingly, the response deadline for this RFI has been extended to noon EDT on 8 May 2017. ***Update 1 May 2017: The questions received from industry as well as the Government answers have been attached to the market survey on SPAWAR E-Commerce Central. ***Update 5 May 2017: Because of planned server maintenance scheduled on 6-7 May which is projected to cause intermitted service interruptions with the COMPASS application, the deadline for RFI responses has been extended until 1600 EDT, 9 May 2017.
