Quantity: 1,355,000, 2 Version Version A - Control - 955,000 Version B - Universal Gender - 400,000 Proofs required: May 17, 2017. Brochure-4 page plus cover plus extended cover. VERSION A - Control - (Code: FSC17) - 955,000 VERSION B - Universal Gender - (Code: FSG17) - 400,000 TRIM SIZE: Constructed size: 5-1/2 x 8 Outside Cover Spread: (3 panels: 5-1/2'; 5-1/2 and 5-3/8 BRC Fold in). 1 Inside Spread: 11 x 8" INK: 4 color process, Pantone 296 (Blue) and Pantone 187 (Red) AQUEOUS COATING: Matte Aqueous Coating Overall. STOCK: Outside: White Matte Coated Cover, basis weight 80lbs, equal to JCP Code L50 Inside: White Matte Coated Text, basis weight 80bls, equal to JCP A240 MARGINS: Per art full bleeds on all pages. Heavy ink coverage except for extend BRC cover. PERFORATION: On outside cover, perforate twice, once with a 8" vertical perforation 5-3/8" from left edge on the fold, and once with a 5-3/8" horizontal perforation centered, 4" from top and bottom edge, butting the vertical perforate, creating two (2) tear-off BRM cards. SCORE: Score folds on the proper side. BINDING: Score and trim 3 sides. Tuck fold extended cover inward 5-3/8" from the right trim edge. Bind with two saddle wire stitches on the 8" side. WAFER SEALS: Affix 1-1/2" non-perforated clear wafer seals as position below.
