- Solicitation The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Chemical Analyses of Environmental Samples in Support Of Dredge Material Suitability Determinations for the New England District (NAE), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform chemical analyses of environmental samples from soil, sediment, and water in support of project design and dredged material suitability determinations for the New England District (NAE), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), if and when requested by oral instructions from the Contracting Officer or their authorized representative. The Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases made under the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). No individual call under this agreement shall exceed $25,000, with a total contract capacity of not to exceed $100,000.00. The estimated period of performance is one year. The solicitation isavailable for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and "register now" under Vendor/Citizens). Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 541380 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15,000,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
