- Market Survey The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 2815-00-918-5447, Valve, for a quantity of 89 each. RFP will be available on or about June 15, 2017 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data, therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with the approved source(s) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The approved source is Coltech industries Inc., CAGE 82796, PN: 16608681. The AMC/AMSC is 3/C, item screened and found to be procured directly from the actual manufacturer or vendor/Contracting from approved source. Specification, plans or drawings related to this procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Should a company wish to be reviewed and qualified as an approved source, they may submit an application package through the DLA Land and Maritime Alternate Offer/Source Approval Request (SAR) Program. Contractors must document and demonstrate that their product is equal to or better than the currently approved item.
