- Bus Schedule The purpose of this amendment is to: This update is intended to notify prospective offerors that an amendment to the subject solicitation has been made, extending the response due date to 10 MAY 2017 at 5:00 PM LOCAL TIME. The Government is also providing an updated transportation schedule, which reflects the following changes: -35 troops will be arriving at 1230L on 29 MAY -50 PAX will be arriving at 1345L on 29 MAY -130 PAX will be arriving from the states at 1600L on 29 MAY -On 07 June the total PAX leaving for Cherbourg Airport has been reduced from 400 to 300 Please be sure to submit a signed copy of the amendment attached to this notice with your offers.
