- UPDATE 5 MAY 2017 This update is intended to post responses to vendor questions. 1)Due to the complexity of the transportation and to be able to offer the best and most realistic quote, l would like to know of you can extend the offer due date by 7 days? RESPONSE: DUE TO TIME CONSTRAINTS OF THIS REQUIREMENT, THIS SOLICITATION CANNOT BE EXTENDED 7 DAYS. THE SOLICITATION RESPONSE DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 10 MAY 2017 AT 5:00 PM LOCAL TIME. 2) Will there be a escort for the coaches to the different sites ? RESPONSE: OFFICERS IN CHARGE (OIC's) AND NON COMMISSIONED OFFICERS IN CHARGE (NCOICs), WILL BE APPOINTED AS ESCORTS ON SITE. 3) Where will the Meetings, Conferences, and Briefings take place and when ? RESPONSE: CEREMONY AND TRANSPORTATION REPRESENTATIVES WILL HOLD DAILY MEETINGS AT 0100 AND 1300 DURING THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. THESE MEETING WILL TAKE PLACE ON THE LSA. THE POST AWARD CONFERENCE AND OTHER MEETINGS HELD WITH THE CONTRACTING OFFICE OR CUSTOMER MAY BE HELD VIA TELECONFERENCE.
