- Attachment 01 Statement of Work(SOW) Draft The U. S. Forest Service has a requirement for Janitorial Services at the National Agroforestry Center located in Lincoln, NE. The intention of this solicitation/resultant contract is to obtain janitorial services for the National Agroforestry Center, 1945 North 38th Street, East Campus Loop - UNL, Lincoln, NE. The contract will be awarded for a Base Period and four (4) twelve month Option Periods by means of a Fixed Price Performance Based Service Contract. The building has approximately 6,800 square feet. There are 42 windows on the building and 14 on the doors and vestibule. The Center has 2 bathrooms which have a total of approximately 50 square feet of floor area. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide custodial services in accordance with this specification. Custodial service applies to all designated spaces including, but not limited to, office and administrative spaces/offices, halls, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas.
