- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is utilizing NAICS code 339920 Sporting and Athletic Goods and Manufacturing (size standard 750 employees). This acquisition currently has no Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) ratings. This requirement is subject to availability of funding per FAR 52.232-18. The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) for Oklahoma intends to award one (1) stand-alone Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Delivery Order Contract to provide for the sale, delivery, and installation of fitness equipment identified in the attached schedule. An IDIQ provides for an indefinite quantity of goods and/or services for a fixed time. This IDIQ will be effective for a base period of one (1) year. In addition, the IDIQ may contain up to four (4) one year option periods which may be exercised at the Government's sole discretion. The Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under this IDIQ. The IDIQ will not obligate any funds. Funds will be obligated by the individual orders made against this IDIQ. There will be no minimum purchase required under this IDIQ. The IDIQ allows the OKNG to place orders directly to your company based on the Firm-Fixed Price outlined in the award.
