- SLAC seeks vendors that can provide the following: Design and Fabricate the following: •One active pixel sensor (APS) array with a resolution of approximately 64x64 pixels spaced at a pitch of 50 micron. •One passive pixel sensor (PPS) array with the same resolution and pixel pitch of 64x64 and 50micron. •Design and fabrication of 2 masks for deposition of indium columns on the PPS and ASIC. •Hybrid assembly consisting of PPS and ASIC. •Four or more test keys with a total size of ~2x2mm2. Test keys consist of an array of pixel where all photodiodes are shorted together to amplify the available signal. The main purpose of the test keys is a DC analysis, f.e. dark current and Quantum Efficiency (QE) measurements. Test keys have no active circuitry and external measurement equipment will be used for characterization. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
