- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) in support of the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I) Program Manager, Warfare (PMW) 120, Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations, is releasing this Request For Information (RFI) for possible Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) items and/or Non-Developmental Items (NDI) to satisfy DCGS-N Inc 2 requirements. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this RFI with a white paper. White papers are due no later than 05 JUNE 2017 at 4:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). Responses shall be unclassified and submitted to the SPAWAR e-Commerce Central website at https://e- commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil. See the SPAWAR e-Commerce website for instruction on how to submit responses. Proprietary information and proprietary components shall be clearly identified and marked. Components that are marked proprietary must be accompanied by a reason for the markings. Responses shall not include any CLASSIFIED information. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted by posting questions to the SPAWAR E-Commerce Central website https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil.. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. Questions will be answered by posting answers to the SPAWAR E-Commerce Central website; accordingly, questions shall NOT contain proprietary or classified information. The Government does not guarantee that any questions received after May 29, 2017, 2:00 p.m. PST will be answered.
