- SSD Solicitation SF1449, N39430-17-R-1952 This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 and 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N39430-17-R-1952. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for authorized resellers for Oracle (Sun) Premier Support Annual Maintenance for Hardware and Operating System for a contract base year and two one-year option periods. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-95. The NAICS code is 811212, and the Small Business Standard is $27,500,000.00 employees. This combined synopsis/solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside action. The contract type will be firm fixed price. The contractor will be required to provide the services identified in Attachment 1, Solicitation SF1449, N39430-17-R-1952.
