- SOW- Polycom JOFOC The Great Plains Area Office intends to award a sole-source award with Audio Fidelity Communications (aka Whitlock) to provide installation and warrant/service contract services for the Polycom Infrastructure upgrade for the Great Plains Area Indian Health Service, Aberdeen, South Dakota. Whitlock designed a Video-teleconferencing (VTC) infrastructure specific for the GPAIHS that would support the bridging and collaboration needs for the Avera Tele-Health Network system. The warranty will be violated on all existing equipment if the installation is not completed by Whitlock. Attached is the Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 & 5 (25 USC 47) and the Statement of Work.
