- Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Hood is issuing a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for a Request For Quotes (RFQ) firm fixed price supply contract for a mobile brake testing system, this acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns only under NAICS 334519 (Size Standard 500 Employees). Specifications for Complete Portable ABS Test System •One Complete Portable ABS Test System including: •BM 20200 Roller brake tester (brand name or equal) with 20T axle load •Mechanical Motor Brakes •Bi-directional rolls - required for locked differentials •Wireless air pressure measurement system •Wireless pedal force measurement system •Extra wide (1250mm), Epoxy- coated Rollers •Windows-based PC, cabinet, and Control Software •Message board & brake force display panel with portable cart or wall mount hardware •All low voltage & control cables •Installation (Air braked vehicles only) •Two days training •Shipping included •One year warranty •One year service and calibration contract starting after the warranty period •Manuals/documentation (1 hard copy and 1 CD rom) •Brake force calibration fixture •Spare Wireless Transmitter for vehicle •Wireless Vehicle to Computer Communications System oIncludes two wireless transmitters Except as provided elsewhere in this contract, the Contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local environmental protection laws, regulations, permits and standards. The solicitation will be issued on or about 19 May 2017 under solicitation number W91151-17-T-0125 to the FedBid website at https://www.fedbid.com and FedBizOpps at https://www.fbo.gov.
