Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, dated January 19, 2017. Solicitation VA262-17-Q-0884 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. This procurement will be issued under as a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code is 334111 and the Small Business Administration s (SBA) size standard 1250 Employees. The Government is seeking a contract to acquire motorized nursing workstation carts. This solicitation contains a brand name justification for the following systems and components: Must be Compatible with Tangent T24B Medix Computer Must contain a i7 Core CPU Must have 4GB (RAM) at a minimum 802.11AC Wi-Fi, must be FIPS 140-2 Wireless Adapter Must have a 7800mAH Battery at a minimum Must contain a Color touchscreen LCD within cart Must have 6 AC receptacles at a minimum Must contain a 40Ah Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery at a minimum Must have capability to have cart be powered/motorized to assist with mobilization Must be compatible with CIS/ARK Philips See attached SF 1449 Solicitation for further details. Place of Performance: VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS), 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. Period of Performance: Within 45-60 days of placing order or sooner if available. Furthermore, Provision 52.212-2 is utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) on an Acceptable/Unacceptable evaluation process.
